On our website, in the “How to Order?” section, you can select one of the options (by clicking), depending on whether you already own the item/accessory you want to customize or if you’d like us to provide one for you. Afterward, we’ll agree on all the necessary details and personalizations you’d like us to create. We will then prepare a price quote and visualization of how the final artwork will look. If you already have the accessory for customization, we can arrange for a DPD courier to pick it up from you (all you need to do is pack the item in any box and seal it; the courier will attach the shipping label to your package and give you a receipt confirming the pickup). Alternatively, you can send it to our address at your convenience. If you don’t own the accessory and want us to provide it, you won’t need to send us anything. The rest is up to us! Once the custom artwork is complete, we’ll send you final images of the piece, and then we’ll ship the finished custom item back to you.
